Diagnostic fee

$49 bench diagnostic for most consumer devices (credited toward repair when you approve the quote). Complex audiophile or multi-board jobs may require a longer diagnostic block — we quote upfront.

Standard repair

Typical phone, laptop, console, and TV repairs: $89–$249 labor plus parts. We list parts sources and markups before ordering.

Audiophile & vintage hi-fi

Receivers, amps, and vintage gear: quote after inspection. Experience with PS Audio and Ayre Acoustics platforms — expect test-bench time for accurate estimates.
