Repair Intake Waiver
Please read before drop-off or submitting a repair request online.
1. Data loss liability
We are not responsible for data loss. Back up your device before drop-off if it still powers on. We do not guarantee recovery of photos, files, or accounts.
2. Pre-existing / hidden damage
Opening or diagnosing a device may reveal pre-existing damage (e.g. liquid corrosion, prior failed repair). We are not liable for total failure that results from hidden conditions discovered during inspection.
3. Abandoned devices
Devices not picked up within 60 days after we notify you that work is complete (or declined) may be considered abandoned. We send email notice at 30 days. Abandoned devices may be recycled or retained to offset parts and labor costs.
4. Acceptance
By submitting a repair request or signing at drop-off, you agree to these terms.
